Environmental Impact

In 2022, an estimated 62 million tonnes of e-waste were generated worldwide, yet only 22.3% was formally collected and recycled. E-waste generation is increasing by approximately 2.6 million tonnes annually and is projected to reach 82 million tonnes by 2030. This means that a significant portion of discarded electronics ends up in landfills or is improperly processed, leading to serious environmental consequences such as soil contamination, water pollution, and air pollution.

To date, our efforts have diverted 587 tonnes of electronic waste from landfills into reuse, giving devices a second life and significantly reducing environmental harm. This commitment is at the heart of our mission, and we are proud to contribute to building a greener, more sustainable tomorrow.
